There was mold in the bathroom, and then a window came out of its frame during a draft and hit me in the back while I was sitting on the bed. I broke a rib and suffered serious injuries. When I contacted the property, they said my account didn't fit the laws of physics and that service couldn't come before the next day. Nobody asked whether I was all right or how I felt. I've reported it to the relevant authorities. It could have ended in a major tragedy if a child or an elderly person had been there. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I strongly advise choosing somewhere else. You may not be able to check in, since they might not answer emails or messages. Afterwards, they'll apparently have plenty of reasons to explain what happened. This was the worst of the worst.

Getting there and checking in were easy, and the location is great, with shops and restaurants close by. I liked the unusual decor. The bed, though, is very soft and uncomfortable, and the bathroom needs work: there's early mold and moisture damage on the door. Dust was also left in places. The room's light switch is out in the hallway. There was just one bedside lamp, and I had to unplug it to charge my phone.

Right in the heart of Warsaw, so it worked perfectly for a weekend away 🙃
