I was very disappointed by my stay. No one mentioned at check-in that around 40 children would be staying there. It was quiet then, but by about 11 PM a big group of kids were shouting and running around. I contacted the administration and got laughter instead of help, along with “They’re just kids.” Their own rules said quiet hours started after 10 PM, but it clearly wasn’t quiet. I said that if they couldn’t keep basic quiet hours, I’d rather cancel and stay elsewhere. They agreed, then told me to contact Booking support about the refund. I applied for a free cancellation, but it was rejected. I lost my money and got no support from the hostel staff. Poor management, no respect for guests, and a thoroughly disappointing experience. I don’t recommend staying here.

A bit of an upgraded hostel, in a good way :-) We liked it because the four beds, shower, and small kitchen were all we needed to make our own breakfast. Thanks!

Good value for the price. The room and bathroom were clean, and you can use the kitchen whenever you like. Reception is open 24/7 in another building, but that’s no problem since it’s really close.

It’s a nice place at an affordable price, close to the old city center. The bus stop is only a five-minute walk away.

The location is great, just around the corner from the Nowy Swiat shopping and bar street. The subway isn’t far either.
