Studio Warsaw Wilcza by Renters

The view from the window is beautiful. The studio is neat and tidy apart from the shower, which needs replacing: its silicone is hardened and has turned black. The kitchen is joined to the living room. The apartment is on the top floor, and since the elevator only goes down one floor, you have to walk a bit. There are about 5-6 lamps, big and small, because the owner seems to love lamps. The large TV works, but you’ll need your own streaming platform.

There are lots of bars and restaurants nearby, open from 8:00 to 10:00, so breakfast is easy to find. From the room you can walk 30 minutes to Warszawa Śródmieście station or 10 minutes to Unii Lubelskiej Square. Aleja Ujazdowska is also a nice walk, past the embassies, and you can visit the former secret police prisons. My stay cost just 100 złoty, right in central Warsaw. The room was large, with a hard double bed, a small bathroom, and a shower stall. It was on the top floor of a Warsaw tenement building, reached by a creaky but sturdy wooden staircase and a long marble hallway. My room was almost at the very end. The entrance is through the courtyard, and the residents are quiet. There was a match on, watched by just one fan, and it was unattended.

There’s hot water, Wi-Fi, and a TV. Space is limited, and in summer it gets too hot without air conditioning.

Everything is close by.
