Food was good quality, and the rooms were clean and well kept. The staff were friendly and smiling, though communication was mixed. It's an average quality hotel with a very good location right by the Wieliczka mine. I'd recommend it if you're after an okay experience and okay quality.

The dishes were generous and the prices surprised us, around 150 zł total for five people. The food is incredibly delicious nowadays, despite comments from two or three years ago. The lovely woman in charge was very kind and speaks English and Spanish too. We recommend it and will definitely come back.

The location is great, and that's the only advantage. The room and bathroom weren't cleaned very well, and although I'd booked a double bed, I got three single beds. The worst part was the noise, it felt like the walls were made of paper. The service doesn't match the price.

The staff are super friendly, and there's wifi. There are lots of lunch choices too. For breakfast in Wieliczka, this is my go to spot when I want a nice, filling meal with scrambled eggs and coffee. Don't think twice, just go here! :)

The room was a little small and got hot on a summer day, but the location is perfect and the staff were helpful. A decent option for a night's stay. Update: great breakfast!!!!
