Apartment Kamienna Wisla by Renters

The friendly staff made a good impression, and the room was cozy with all the equipment we needed. From the apartment, you can see the Vistula River and the ski slopes. I highly recommend it! ;)

The quiet was a plus, since there weren’t many tourists at the property, but the apartment’s cleanliness and furnishings fell short of what we expected. Some bedding and towels had blood or ink stains, and there was an ashtray on the balcony filled with cigarette burns. The bathroom had just two rolls of toilet paper for four people over seven days. The shower tiles seemed loose enough that someone could get hurt. A damaged mop couldn’t be used to clean up snow from our shoes after skiing, and the brush was damaged too. The induction hob came with only one suitable pot, and there were just two dishwasher tablets for the whole week. We booked a kitchen so we could cook, but the lack of equipment made that impossible. The room door needed a lot of force to shut, and the apartment’s entrance door was hard to open and close, and wouldn’t lock with both locks. There was sand scattered through the stairwell.

There’s a nice view, and the place is easy to keep clean. The drive up felt tricky the first time, especially after dark, though it got easier after that. It’s quite a way from the slopes and the market square, so getting around means having a car or taking a taxi. The sofas are roomy but hard, and there’s plenty of cupboard space. The kitchen was well equipped, though we didn’t have a microwave, and towels were provided. Good value for the money.

There’s a shower leak in the bathroom, no internet, and no sugar. For four people staying a week, the owner provided two rolls of toilet paper. This is impossible.
