The apartment was clean and cosy, and the location and communication were both great. I stayed in 5b app 14a. The key setup was frustrating at first: you have to find parking, go to the flat to pick up the apartment and garage keys, return to your car, park in the garage, and then work out which lift serves your entrance. There are no signs in the garage. I suggest taking the lift down first and checking which parking spot is opposite its entrance, since that helps you find your way. Once you understand the system, it gets smoother. They send a link with detailed instructions, pictures, arrows and explanations, which I recommend reading carefully. There's a 50 Eur deposit, returned the day after checkout if everything is okay. I'd get a parking spot, because driving in Wroclaw is a nightmare.

After paying for the stay, they asked for an unexpected extra payment that almost doubled the price.

We had a great time 😊 If you're bringing a car, renting a space in the underground parking is essential. There's nowhere to park nearby.
