Sun & Snow Nowe Centrum Południowe

I live at number 20 in the Nowe Centrum Południe building. I'm waiting for the developer's warranty to expire, because the developer refuses to repair defects in my apartment and the stairwell. There are cracks in the load-bearing walls and partitions, and cracks in the stairwells too. They sent an inexperienced worker who took photos with his phone, likely for the company's management. Management says the work was done properly and blames the cracked walls on me, claiming that the wrong paint and poor painting technique caused plaster to fall off my walls, according to Warbud. I'm planning a lawsuit and would like my neighbors to share their opinions. I warn others against buying an apartment from this developer.

The surrounding area is as green as it gets, and the location is very good, with everything needed for a comfortable stay nearby. Parking could be a problem if you don't have an underground garage.

Daytime trams and night buses stop on Powstańców Śląskich Street, on the other side of the block. The building sits in the Powstańców Śląskich housing estate among older housing cooperative buildings. It's nine floors, arranged in a horseshoe around a nicely landscaped courtyard with paths, flower beds, and benches. Each stairwell has space for strollers and bicycles, while parking is underground only. Work on the nearby second phase of houses is underway.

There are two underground parking levels. The taller building is 13 floors and is at Gwiaździsta 14; the shorter, nine-floor one is at Gwiaździsta 16.
