Self check-in worked perfectly for my 23:30 arrival. They'd sent the code that morning, so I entered it, got in without any fuss, and went straight to bed. The room had exactly what I needed: a big comfortable bed, a large double shower, and modern, fresh fittings. The location is outstanding on the edge of the old town, quiet at night but only a five-minute walk from everything.

It was such a peaceful stay, and I felt like I was part of a family. We could walk around and chat with the service staff, have fun, and not be disturbed by other people. The day and night were lovely. The TVs are huge too. Hope to come back, bye-bye!

We arrived at 1 pm to find nobody at reception, despite the page saying someone would be there from 9 am to 3 pm. When my friend called about checking in, the manager was rude and said they don't work Saturdays. The email they'd sent was entirely in Polish, which neither of us could speak or read. He then cancelled our code, and it wouldn't work while we tried for nearly an hour to get into the hotel. Calls to the number either rang out or were hung up on. We were stranded, and now he's telling hotel.com he won't refund us. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

The rooms and location are quite nice, and it was good enough for a lovely stay. One small inconvenience: when opened, the window swung into the bed's space and was hard to open.
