The room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was very good. My stay was lovely, especially thanks to Rafał at reception. On a rainy day I asked if the desk had an umbrella to lend, and he gave me his own. He really saved my day, such a thoughtful thing to do. Thank you!

The rooms are large and look recently renovated. It’s a 15-minute walk to the old town, or a quick tram ride. The location was quiet until construction woke me at 8am on Monday, with the same song playing on repeat.

After the hotel's reply: I've attached a picture of my reservation. I booked for two kids, entering their ages as 4 and 14, and wasn't asked to pay anything. Don't blame your customer when your commercial practices are shady! Original review: I booked two rooms for two adults and two kids. The booking clearly said the kids' breakfasts were free, but at check-in I was made to pay for four breakfasts. After I complained, they refunded only one child's breakfast. That makes no sense. The booking terms were clear, and I shouldn't have paid for any of the kids' breakfasts. This is not an honest way to do business. I usually go to Accor hotels to avoid exactly this kind of scam. Completely unprofessional.

We slept badly because the mattresses in room 220 were so worn they were almost U-shaped. The rest was good, and what you'd expect from Ibis standart. The hotel is new and clean, the rooms are spacious, the location is great and service was quick.

I really appreciated the warm atmosphere and the attention to detail. The room was comfortable and clean, staff were friendly and helpful, and the location put everything I needed close by. It was a wonderful stay, and I’d be happy to return and recommend the hotel to friends and family. Thank you!
