Hotel Mercure Wroclaw Centrum

The kids' room was great, and the gym was decent. We also had a lovely executive suite on the top floor, as requested, with a wonderful view. I hadn't seen photos of that specific room on the website, so it felt unique. The room was clean, sleek, and comfortable, though a bit warm. There was a fan in the room, but we had to switch off the fan and heating system because of the heat. Parking costs a bit much. You can hear trams, sirens, and other guests in the hallway and neighbouring rooms. With the fan running, it drowned that noise out. Breakfast was a great buffet, and all the staff were lovely. The hotel is stylish and was nicely festive for Christmas. Its location is great for downtown Wroclaw, with everything in walking distance or a tram ride away.

The staff were the best part. The woman at reception was really nice when I arrived in the middle of the night, and the man checking me out the next day was friendly too. People at the bar were friendly as well. The hotel needs some improvements, though. Room 612 was generally OK, but the bathroom ceiling was a little damaged and the fridge had a rather unpleasant smell. Having stayed at other Mercury properties, I think both staff and guests deserve a better place.

We spent three weeks at Hotel Mercure Wroclaw Centrum and loved it. The location is fantastic, within walking distance of the main square and other attractions, with Galeria Dominikańska next door. Parking is also available in the mall. The room was very clean, breakfast was delicious, and water dispensers are on every floor. The staff were warm and attentive throughout, especially at reception. We'd highly recommend the hotel.

We've stayed here twice and enjoyed the stylish rooms, facilities, and great location. The modern hotel sits right on the ring around the old city, and there's a bus stop in front for places you can't reach on foot. From housekeeping and reception to the restaurant, everyone treated us with warmth and competence. The service is excellent, and it's a real gem in the Mercure Hotel series.
