MILESTONE Wroclaw Fabryczna by Tribera

Michal at Milestone by Fabryczna was fantastic. Right from our first contact, his professionalism impressed us. He paid close attention and made room for all our specific needs. We were "tough" customers, too, and still left thoroughly impressed. Well done, Michal. We’ll definitely be back 💕🌟

The reception staff are friendly, so that's one extra star. Still, as a student living here, I've found it very disappointing. The internet is extremely unstable, and there's almost no mobile signal in the rooms. Air conditioners switch to 16°C at random. After cleaning, the room often smells like a dirty rag, and the furniture breaks easily. There are no security cameras on the floors or in the laundry room. It's noisy, with frequent parties and drunk teenagers in the hallways, so it's not a good place to study or have a quiet life.

I've been living in this dorm for a while, and I'm very happy I chose it. The staff are understanding and so helpful, always going out of their way to help everyone feel at home. Whenever I have a question or need something, they're there with a smile. It's a great place to live.

I booked this for a short stay through Hotels.com, and it's worth knowing that the place is a student apartment complex rather than really a hotel. Even so, I felt more comfortable here than in many hotels I've stayed in. The rooms are spacious and have a kitchen with utensils, toaster and microwave, plus a private toilet, shower, and desk. Wi-Fi and air conditioning both worked very well. There's also a gym, study rooms, and an outdoor terrace. For less than 30€ a night, it's a real bargain. I'd gladly come back.
