The service was friendly, and the apartment was clean and generally fine. Bedding and towels were okay, though the linen and pillow covers had a slight smell, so it may not suit people with allergies. The mattress upstairs was very hard. The attic has low sloping ceilings, gets hot in summer, and has no toilet. There’s no air conditioning anywhere in the apartment. If stairs are difficult for you, the lower “Pod Giewontem” apartment would be a better choice. The driveway up to the street is quite steep, especially something to watch out for in winter. The nearest grocery store is a few minutes away by car, and Krupówki is about 1.2 km on foot.

It’s close to the city center but still quiet, and the enclosed courtyard has an automatic gate. The cottage was clean, with adequate kitchen equipment. Before guests arrive, it would be good to check it over: some bulbs were missing from a lamp, though staff fixed that quickly; the living room table legs tend to fold when you move it; and the roof window has no blind, which can be inconvenient in summer. I can wholeheartedly recommend the place.

A peaceful, quiet place with very friendly staff and good communication with the resident. I recommend it.

For a three-night stay costing PLN 2,380, I expected the apartment to be clean when we arrived. Instead, after waking up the morning following our very late arrival, we found it dirty, with only the bedding changed from the previous guests. We had been too exhausted to inspect it at night, when all we needed was the bed and shower. The apartment and terrace were in such condition that we received just a 10% discount, or PLN 238. I paid the full amount right away when I complained, which was my mistake. I booked through the Zakoapartamenty website, and our stay at the Oaza apartment building was a disaster. At reception, the woman offered to arrange extra cleaning, but the driver was still resting in the apartment after our long journey, and we didn’t want to disturb him. I can’t believe this still happens nowadays. I strongly advise against these apartments and the rental company. A failure and a disgrace!!!! I do not recommend it.
