We stayed in a family suite with lots of space, two bathrooms, and air conditioning in both bedrooms. The apartments are nicely equipped, and there's a small rear gate from the apartment section that makes walking to some places quicker. Check-in is at the hotel. It's a good location, with Biedronka five minutes away on foot and a small Zabka two minutes away. We had a couple of technical problems on the first day, but reception sorted them out.

The window pane was cracked and taped shut, and the underfloor heating only worked in some areas. It wasn't the quality I expected.

Getting around was easy, with a bus stop nearby, and the apartment is a great base for exploring the area. Park Residence Apartment in Zakopane has a modern look with a mountain feel. The kitchenette apartment was furnished in a modern style, with attention to detail and a high standard of equipment. We found the stay very comfortable and relaxing. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for elegance, comfort, and a central Zakopane location.

100 PLN a night for a small dog and a 500 PLN deposit? Are you people serious? Calling it theft is almost an understatement. I've never seen such a high dog fee and deposit for guests. Even the Hilton doesn't authorize credit cards. They respect their guests, but what about here? It's a nice place, but the management policy is awful. It's a shame, since they'd probably get more guests otherwise.
