This was a stressful stay, and I wouldn’t recommend Rent Planet. When I booked an apartment in Zakopane, parking was promised, but there wasn’t any. I spent the whole time outside the building without a garage remote, repeatedly calling the hotline and hearing conflicting information. They kept saying they’d get back to me “in a few minutes,” but that never happened, and the staff were no help. The apartment also had a repulsive smell, like the rubbish hadn’t been taken out for a while. I felt scammed rather than relaxed.
