Rysy Boutique Hotel

We arrived with our four-month-old, and heavy machinery started up at 7am or even earlier. The building was still under construction, so getting inside meant crossing the construction site. I don’t understand how they can rent rooms in those conditions. Our room was cold, and they said the temperature control was broken. They also wouldn’t give us two access cards. Housekeeping never came to clean or take out the trash, and we weren’t brought toilet paper even after asking. The vacation was ruined. I really recommend avoiding this aparthotel.

The mountain views were incredible, and the staff were lovely and helpful. We spent three nights here over Christmas. The food was amazing, especially breakfast, and I’d be very happy to stay again.

There’s a huge playground for kids in the lobby, and the hotel has a great location. We didn’t get to use the wellness area. It’s free to visit until 6pm, but after 7pm it’s for private groups and needs to be booked ahead.

The hotel is conveniently close to the center, but our stay had a lot of problems. We booked two rooms for six people, and one was small and had a strange smell. When I asked to switch, they said there was no other room. Each room had a large bed, and they expected three people to share it. They wanted an extra 50 zlotys a day for a baby cot. I also asked for pillows and a quilt, but they didn’t have any, and the sheets were very poorly cleaned.
