Breakfast was a highlight, with lots of fresh choices and something different to try each day. We were there for hiking and would ask the kitchen staff each morning for hot water for tea in our thermos. On our last day, they came over first and said they were ready to make our tea. That attention to little things made the stay feel extra special. Villa 11 was cozy, spotless, and decorated with lovely mountain touches. From our corner room we could still see the mountains, and waking up to birdsong was so peaceful. Having our own parking spot was easy and stress-free too. We also really enjoyed the sauna, which you can book privately, and the beautiful lounge area reserved for your group. Highly recommended.

The room was clean, cozy, and nicely renovated, and having a jacuzzi in the room is a real plus for a couple. I loved that the sauna was included in the price too. For the cost, the room, breakfast, sauna, jacuzzi, and courteous staff are well worth it. Breakfast was delicious, and everyone was very friendly. The woman at reception was especially pleasant and polite. I really liked the villa and would recommend it.

My flight cancellations forced me to cancel and change my reservation at the last minute, so I never ended up staying. Still, Elizabeth was so helpful throughout, replying quickly to my urgent changes and requests and guiding me through each step. She speaks good English, and I felt I was in good hands with her and Villa 11. Five stars for that service.

The bed was comfortable, the rooms had air-conditioning, and breakfast was delicious. Krupówki is an easy walk away. I strongly recommend staying here.

Elizabeth, the receptionist, and the kitchen team gave amazing service, and the staff were cheerful. Breakfast had plenty of options, parking was free, and the place was very clean. Krupowki is about 15 minutes away. Happy staff, happy customer 😀
