Clean rooms, and an easy walk to the center. I recommend staying here.

The terrace was a highlight, with two chairs, a table, and a lovely mountain view. The room itself was quiet and peaceful, and generally clean, though there was a dead insect on the bathroom floor. It's very close to Krupówki Street. Inside, there's a small kitchenette with amenities, and coffee, tea, and sugar in the hallway. The bathroom has a bathtub with a shower option. A window has been added there, but I didn't find it practical. My wife and I had two beds pushed together; both mattresses were soft and comfortable. Towels were provided. A foldable crib for our child cost 124 PLN. We'd have brought our own from home if we'd known. There's also a shared vacuum cleaner and iron. Guests can park next to the villa behind a locked gate. Finding the entrance took me a moment: it's on a side street leading into the property, and there's no sign from the main road. Check-in and checkout are self-service. When we arrived, the lady called to explain where the keys for the gate, front door, and room were. When leaving, you put them in a designated spot. I'd recommend staying here. The location is excellent, and there's gated parking. The only thing to keep in mind is that the bathroom has no mechanical ventilation.

This is about the Vera 4 apartment. The location is convenient, within a kilometer of the train station, thermal baths, Krupówki Street, bus stops, and shops. The room has a traditional highland wooden look and is warm. Check-in and key pickup were quick and simple. Guests have coffee and tea, a well-equipped kitchenette except for the sink and dull knives, a spacious wardrobe, and a foldable clothes dryer. There's also an ironing board, an iron guests can use, and a hairdryer. There were plenty of issues too. The bathtub and shower setup is awkward because the roof starts low, making it hard to use the shower. Water temperature and pressure fluctuated a lot. The sink faucet seemed poorly installed or not repaired yet, and the sink itself is far too small despite plenty of space. The knives were very blunt, a problem I've come across in many places, though they could at least be sharpened now and then. The refrigerator was old and damaged. Its internal freezer had no door, so food froze underneath, and it was hard to find a cooling setting that worked. It would cool and then stop while making noise the whole time. There were lots of water drops inside the products. The double bed was two beds pushed together, but their mattresses didn't line up. They were also sagging and very uncomfortable. One sheet covered both separate mattresses and was much too small. A bedside lamp and its lampshade were damaged, as was a power socket. The walls don't block much sound, which can be annoying with louder guests. The listed two 'bedside tables' were really just small shelves attached to the beds. There were cleanliness problems as well, with piles of dust that previous guests had mentioned in other reviews, plus cobwebs on the ceiling. If you don't expect much, the room is adequate, but with so many problems, I don't think it's worth the price. At that price these things should be fixed. I can confirm you can find cheaper rooms or apartments in Zakopane that are better quality. I'm not telling anyone to avoid this place, but people reading reviews should do their own research and decide for themselves.
