Getting checked in was easy thanks to the excellent phone communication. The lady stayed on the phone and guided us all the way to the apartment. It was a very comfortable place to stay, with large, spacious rooms, everything we needed, and a nice terrace. Everything was clean, warm, and well cared for. A lovely spot to relax. Thanks for a great stay ❤

We highly recommend this place for a family visit. The location is handy, near both the center and the train station. Inside, the rooms are spacious and looked after, and the kitchen has all the equipment you need. There's also a huge terrace.

We weren't happy with our stay, and the parking situation was the main reason. Before booking through Booking.com, I phoned the owner, who said there would be at least one parking space for the apartment. When we arrived, there wasn't one. The only spaces available were public spots by several buildings, and Zakopane residents had them occupied all the time. The owner never came by during the stay, so we had to deal with her by phone. We ended up moving our car outside the property, in front of the gate, because otherwise it would be towed. Calls were difficult, and she would simply hang up. Our car was scratched while parked at the gate. We were told when we arrived that the owner wasn't responsible for that. I don't recommend this place.

The hosts were friendly and waiting for us when we arrived, and they explained the route in detail. We really liked the apartment and loved our stay. It was warm and clean, with a private terrace where children had plenty of room to play. It's close to the center, and it had everything we needed, including a kitchen with utensils, a refrigerator, dishwasher, and washing machine.
