The restaurants and bar were excellent, and the atmosphere was lovely. The staff were attentive, and we had a great stay. We’ll be back! A note about the on-site laundry: it takes quarters, $2.75 to wash and $2.75 to dry. Bring detergent and your own quarters, since the gift shop may be out of detergent and doesn’t give change. A sign with those details would’ve helped, because I had to ask around.

The all-inclusive stay felt like a rip-off, and the prices were way too high. Customer service was a joke. The staff seemed mad whenever you asked a question, and the front desk employees looked miserable to be working there. This place needs new management and staff who greet guests. And if you need to iron your clothes, good luck. There’s one iron for the whole hotel, and you have to ask for it at the front desk, but you’re probably not getting it. Your odds might be better with Powerball.

The views are stunning, and the staff were kind and really nice. My room was clean and very nice too. There’s a bar, a restaurant, and DJ music. I’d stay here forever, such a beautiful place.

The manager was caring and very helpful. We have a membership, which came in handy when he let us into the pool area even though closing time was coming up soon. My autistic son was excited to go in, and we appreciated it.

A peaceful, beautiful place to have drinks. There’s a restaurant, two different bars, and pool tables by the pool area. Nice.
