The beach is a five-minute walk from the Residence Inn by Marriott San Juan Isla Verde, which also provides beach chairs, umbrellas, and bikes if you need them. Old San Juan was a short Uber ride away, and the airport was just five minutes away. The surrounding area felt safe, and we were comfortable walking around at night. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. They even texted to check us in and see if we needed anything. I’d definitely stay here again.

The Christmas season activities in December are a fantastic experience, with great music, a lively vibe, and talented musicians. The Casino staff are very attentive, and the service overall is wonderful. There’s plenty of parking, and the coffee is amazing. The pizza restaurant is delicious, and the tiramisu is amazing too. It’s always good to go back.

The pool was a highlight for our family. It was set up well for both adults and kids, so my children could have fun while I relaxed and enjoyed celebrating my birthday. We stayed at the Residence Inn by Marriott San Juan Isla Verde from December 30, 2025, to January 6, 2026, and the trip left a lasting impression on all of us. The hotel was clean, well maintained, and family friendly. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged for time together. The location was convenient for restaurants, shops, and the airport, while still feeling peaceful enough for a getaway. From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming, attentive, and professional. Their kindness and genuine effort to make us comfortable made us feel valued and at home. Thank you to the whole team for making our family vacation and birthday celebration so special. I’d gladly choose this hotel again for future visits to San Juan and recommend it to others.

The apartment was clean, roomy, nicely decorated, and had everything I needed plus more. The location was incredibly convenient, and it felt family oriented while still suiting all kinds of groups. There’s a water slide in the pool that looked like fun for any age. Restaurants near The Residence Inn have a variety of local dishes. I can’t wait to come back to this same hotel!

The only thing I wasn’t keen on was the rule against taking the complimentary breakfast outside the breakfast area. I like to bring breakfast back to our suite for my wife and me, so she can have a more relaxed morning on vacation. I’ve never come across that policy at a hotel before. Still, I really want to stress how great the stay was overall. The rooms were spotless, the staff were friendly, and the location was perfect, with a short walk to the beach and a short drive to the hotel.
