La Villa Primavera

We spent eight months here, with my group of eight renting the bottom two floors while Jarret and Tracye lived upstairs. They were responsive, helpful landlords and considerate neighbors. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, and the neighbors were friendly. I wouldn’t have chosen anywhere else. You’ll need a car for most things, since we only walked to the school, but the house is well placed for eastern Puerto Rico: Las Pailas is five minutes away, Luquillo Beach ten, El Yunque fifteen, Fajardo biobay twenty-five, and the Ceiba ferry thirty-five. Some of us worked remotely. The internet could handle three people on Zoom at once, but it stopped working when the power went out. The generator ran the whole house, so we could keep working by tethering to our phones.

Our group of 16, including four kids, never felt crowded across the two spacious floors. The children loved the playroom, and we made good use of the pool, pool table, and outdoor grill. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of plates, cups, and cutlery in ceramic and plastic, plus a range of small appliances. There was even a pack and play and high chair for our youngest, and the beach wagon came in handy when the kids got tired walking. The host was every bit as wonderful as the property. She answered our questions quickly, including when we asked about the nearest hospital, checked in during our stay, and brought a thoughtful care package for one of our injured group. The photos are beautiful, though they still don’t capture the place. We all had a great time in Puerto Rico and at La Villa Primavera. Some of us are already planning a return, and we’d gladly come back. Thanks for sharing your home!

The hosts were great communicators and helpful, and they even took us on a rainforest hike that included swimming and lunch. The location worked well for reaching the beaches, rainforest, and San Juan. Our family of ten loved our stay at La Villa Primavera. The house was clean, comfortable, roomy, and stocked with what we needed. The pool and landscaping were beautiful. We’d love to return!

We’ve stayed here a few times and it’s always an easy, fun place to unwind. Even with a big group, there are lots of spots to get some quiet time. We loved the huge kitchen and gorgeous pool. Definitely worth the money!
