El Yunque White House

I was so scared in this neighborhood that I couldn't sleep all night. I arrived Thursday night and had trouble finding the building. When I asked a neighbor for directions, she made it sound like the area was very unsafe and had bad people around. It felt like a ghetto, with people smoking all kinds of cigarettes. The bathroom had mold, and the bedsheets smelled moldy. My son caught a cold from the filthy linens. The worst part was what happened with the cleaners. I left without damaging anything, but they reported a broken soap dispenser. It seemed like they might use old photos to charge people, or that cleaners damage things and blame guests because they already have their card details. The owners were arrogant and wouldn't have a conversation. I would never recommend anyone go through what I did, especially with the safety concerns and untreated bathroom mold.
