The proprietor is very friendly and made the stay feel personal, and the location is convenient for good restaurants and SuperMax. The beds were comfortable, firm but fine, and there's a terrace with plants they look after and a friendly cat called Michu. I might pick this place over others nearby because of the location and the lack of surprise resort fees. My room was comfortable, though the showers were only lukewarm. I've found hot showers aren't common at hotels in this area.

Such a cute, very clean place! The staff were kind and helpful. There are lots of stairs, but I'm sure they'd make arrangements for a main-level room if you gave them enough notice. Definitely recommend.

Our shower barely worked, just a couple of streams of water. The hallways were hot, but after he turned on the room's AC, the temperature in there was comfortable. Service and location were great.

Hotel Iberia made it easy to visit Ol' San Juan without paying for a pricey hotel, and there's a 24-hour supermarket nearby, which was a real convenience. The rooms were comfortable, with air conditioning and simple bathrooms. Thanks to Hotel Iberia for letting me stay. The service for hotel guests was simple and prompt.

Friendly people and a good, convenient place. It was a little farther away than suited our needs, but it's still a great option.
