We spent one night and absolutely loved it. The location is excellent, only 0.7 miles from the cruise terminal, and the free shuttle to Old San Juan was really useful. We checked in early, left our bags while the room was being prepared, and went out to explore. The front desk crew, bellman, and concierge were efficient and focused on guests, with welcoming, helpful smiles. We watched the Super Bowl on the big screen in the hotel bar. Leann, our server, was exceptional, thank you! We also had the breakfast buffet the next morning. There was something for everyone, and Justin gave us more excellent service. Plenty of other bars and restaurants are an easy walk away too. Highly recommend, and we'll be back. Thanks!

The hotel was super clean, the staff were friendly, and it's walkable to a good area. The island gets outages, and we had one during our stay. That's normal, so please be kind to the staff. It was great to see them on every floor handing out water and food samples. Really appreciated that.

We were there for our anniversary, but there may have been some confusion with the staff since our room had balloons spelling out happy birthday. After a grueling layover flight, it gave us a really good laugh. The location was great, and having the shuttle bus to places was a big perk.

My room was comfortable and spacious, with a good bed that let me sleep well. I was there for a convention, and the room was clean and its amenities were well maintained. The on-site coffee shop had decent food, and the small pool and café area made for a pleasant place to relax in the evenings. Still, the experience didn't meet what I expected from a hotel in this category. I asked at check-in for a room with a good view, and the receptionist assured me this one had one, but the view was completely blocked. Throughout the stay, the front desk staff seemed short on empathy and hospitality. Even a simple request for a charger adapter got a dismissive response. They sent me to the adjacent shop to buy one for nearly $50, which felt unreasonable and unhelpful. For conference guests, some basic problems were especially frustrating. The elevators were small and painfully slow when busy. The shower looked dated, and the drain worked poorly, leaving noticeable pooling water. The facilities did their job, but the place lacked warmth and the service felt transactional instead of welcoming.

That fourth-floor patio is huge and a real highlight, with great landscaping, a pizza oven eatery, full bar, hot tub with a 4-inch-deep spillway, and a long infinity pool. I only booked a room to sleep in, so I was pleasantly surprised by how good it was. The room was excellent, the staff were helpful and friendly, and everything was close by.
