The Haven 2 Ocean Park Beach San Juan

We love staying at the Nook and have already returned for a second visit. Our favorite is the one bedroom, one bath suite, in a quiet spot just a short walk from the ocean. There's now a lovely pool too, good for cooling off or having an evening drink. The rooms are very clean, air-conditioned, and stocked with extra blankets and towels. Laundry facilities are available as well. We'll keep recommending it.

Hector was easy to reach, gave us clear instructions, and made our family stay go smoothly. The penthouse worked perfectly for me and my two teenagers, with a lovely ocean view and an AMAZING rooftop. It was nicely decorated inside and conveniently located near everything, including the beach. The gated community means entry is limited at night, as others have mentioned, but it wasn't a big deal.

We keep choosing Ocean Park Suites when we visit San Juan, and we're already looking forward to returning. The beach is right beside the house, and shops, restaurants, and the airport are all close by. It's a safe neighborhood, and the different suites we've tried have been clean, comfortable, and modern, with the essentials for a vacation: TV, washer and dryer, full kitchen, and great A/C. We especially like the penthouse when it's available, for its roomy outdoor balcony where we can lounge with drinks, sunbathe, and take in the ocean view. The hosts communicate well and make their guests feel valued.

Kathleen and Hector were kind, friendly hosts and quick to answer our questions. We had a comfortable stay in a clean, beautifully furnished apartment with everything we needed and then some. Our family of six loved the central location, with walking access to the beach, restaurants, park, shops, coffee places, and especially La Heladería Funkyberry Ice Cream. Old San Juan, T-Mobile center, and another kid-friendly beach we visited were just a short Uber ride away. We can't wait to stay at one of their properties again, and would recommend it to anyone.
