The room was clean and minimal, which suited me, and the bed was comfortable. The A/C cooled it down incredibly fast, which I loved since I’d arrived feeling quite warm. I could easily hear people walking past, and conversations sounded like they were in the next room. The complimentary earplugs probably should’ve tipped me off that the soundproofing needed work. Still, the price was right, they accommodated a very late check-in, and the pre-check-in communication was excellent. I’d stay again.

Our room was small, clean, and cute, and nicely chilled when we got in. The city had a water break on our first night, so there was no water at first, but it came back the next morning. The manager let us know when service was restored. The boutique hotel is conveniently located for the airport and cruise terminal. We arrived after closing, and the instructions for getting into our room were top notch.

The hosts kept in touch easily and often, especially after hours, and staff were there during the day. This self-service hotel is in a hip part of Santurce, with spacious, modern rooms and all the basic amenities. It’s about 10 minutes from the airport and near popular places, including Old San Juan. Highly recommend staying here in San Juan!

We just needed a room for one night after a late flight into the area. They clearly explained how to get in after office hours, and it all went smoothly. The room was cute, clean, and well organized. We even found street parking easily late at night. I’d definitely stay again. 😊

A great little hotel, with a coffee shop and brunch place an easy walk away. It’s clean and fresh, and the staff are friendly. There’s no elevator, but they’ll help with luggage. Let them know if you need a first-floor, handicap room.
