We had a fun, relaxing weekend during our October 4, 2025 stay. The pool was a highlight, especially thanks to JACK and FRANCISCO, who looked after us so well. Everyone was really friendly. The A/C gave us trouble, and SOTO from engineering came by a couple of times to try to fix it. When it couldn't be repaired, the Front Desk smoothly moved us to another room. We really appreciated how they handled it.

We picked this place for the pool and the affordable last-minute availability, after a canceled flight cut short our week in Rio grande. We ended up staying three nights. The pool was great for the kids, and having a bar and food right there was a real plus. The shuttle made trips to the beach and old san juan easy, though it stops running after 5:30pm. After that, an Uber is easy from here. You can also walk to the tmobile area, with lots of restaurants nearby. Rooms were clean and nice, and the shower was great. Great place to stay, highly recommend.

I was here for an extended work stay, and it was a really negative experience. We went more than 10 days without hot water, while staff gave only vague answers about when it might be fixed. Breakfast was hit or miss, and they kept running out of cream cheese for the bagels. The staff seemed unmotivated and unhelpful. I have about 20 free nights in points, but I'd rather pay for a Hilton next time than stay somewhere managed this poorly.

The shuttle to Old San Juan, the beach, or T-Mobile District was a great bonus, and they let us use the pool and store our luggage while we waited for our room. We were there for a long stay, around 15 days or so, which is why I think it's hard to judge a place after just one or two nights. Our first day felt chaotic, with a packed lobby. They said that's common because of the port and the cruise ships coming and going. At first glance, as someone just walking in, it looked like too much to manage, but the front desk kept things moving smoothly and stayed friendly. They seemed experienced with that many guests. I really enjoyed the stay. Give it a few days and the first impression of chaos may fade.

The hotel has nice rooms and a good pool, and the price felt reasonable. It's a little cut off from the rest of San Juan, with not much nearby beyond the convention center, though some local groceries and restaurants are a quick walk away. There's a regular shuttle to old San Juan. I'd recommend it if you've got a car or don't mind taking the shuttle or an Uber to get around.
