We were a group of researchers, and they provided the quiet space and projector we needed. The chef was amazing, the food incredible, and hot drinks were available around the clock. Staff were very friendly and handled every request. The hotel is on a Bethlehem street corner, with safe parking outside and fairly close to the city sights. A very good stay, recommended for families, friends, and conferences.

I’ve never seen a hotel this unclean. We were mistreated by the manager, Nader, from the moment we arrived. The bed was hard as a rock, and when I asked Nader for another room, we still had the unhealthy conditions to deal with. We’d booked five nights but asked to leave when we saw the state of the place. We ended up staying three nights, and it was the worst experience. There were food crumbs under the bed, the kettle was corroded, and the shower was unusable because the water was cold and the floor so unclean. I’m very disappointed, and hope they consider making changes for future guests.

We booked through Booking.com, but on arrival they acted as if we’d cancelled our room. It seemed like an obvious scam. We showed them our confirmation, and then they started negotiating the price with us. We spent 40 minutes discussing the rates. The rooms weren’t as described, and the water was freezing.
