I spent 9 nights over 10 days here to get a feel for local life, close to where Jesus Christ was born. People were kind, from the owner to the restaurant staff and the shops right below me on the street. The area is predominantly Muslim and very peaceful, and locals were helpful when I needed something. There’s no fridge or air conditioning, but I personally didn’t miss either. The jetted tub was awesome.
