We felt safe and reassured during our short two-day stay, especially after my husband became sick. A sincere thank you to the front desk team and housekeeping for all their kindness and help. We're sorry for the trouble we caused, and their warmth meant a lot to us. The hotel is comfortable, with elegant design and a lovely fragrance throughout. Our room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was high quality, and everyone was incredibly friendly. I've already recommended it to friends and colleagues, and hope we can stay again.

The breakfast was phenomenal, with great variety and quality, and I'd like to praise the friendly staff again. My favourite part was the sauna. The room was classy, with a clean, spacious bathroom, and the staff kept it clean regularly. My only small complaint is that the pillows were a bit stiff. We stayed for two nights after arriving from another hotel I won't mention, and this place was a breath of fresh air. The receptionists were delightful and polite, and the lobby was immaculate and felt very high end. There are two outdoor pools and one indoor pool, all incredible and kept very clean. Near the bar, there's an entertainment area with a pool table, air hockey table, and a couple of massive TVs showing live sport. One word for this hotel: ASTONISHING!

We came back for another week in October, and the hotel was still good. Starbucks and the kids club still weren’t open, but that was fine. The indoor pool was really warm, and the kids loved it. On our first 10-day stay, the place had just been renovated. The kids club and Starbucks weren’t available then either, but we still had a good time. The staff listened to what we needed and handled any problems quickly and professionally. We felt safe there with our two children. It’s a short walk to McDonald’s and the old town, while the hotel itself stays peaceful. Towels, including pool towels, are provided. Breakfast had a wide choice and suited everyone in the family. I’d happily return and recommend it to families.

The pool indoors is heated, and there’s also a sauna and gym. Towels are available whenever you need them. I found the room clean and fresh, and the cleaning staff were discreet, polite, and helpful. Their work helped make the stay peaceful. It’s a quiet area, good if you’re travelling alone and want calm, but it also works well for families. The town centre is about a 20-minute walk away, and the hotel runs a free shuttle to the beach if you’d rather not walk. Service was friendly and helpful throughout. The catering team welcomed us with smiles and kind words, and the restaurant stayed clean and tidy. Breakfast had plenty of fresh, nicely presented options. Even the reception smelled pleasant and clean when we arrived. I’d definitely come back.
