The beds and pillows were really comfortable, and even though A Praça Guest House is right in the center, it stays peaceful. The house is beautifully decorated, fully equipped, and has everything needed for day-to-day life. Definitely the best local accommodation I’ve stayed in. I highly recommend it when visiting Arouca.

The service was impeccable, and this is one of the best houses I’ve ever stayed in. Right in the town center, it has a café/confectionery downstairs that’s great for breakfast. The place has lots of charmingly decorated rooms and bathrooms, all kept meticulously clean and well maintained. It’s ideal for a group of friends or a couple of families. There’s also freshly prepared tea and all kinds of coffee from its own Nespresso machines, plus everything else you could need.

Lots of interesting tourist places to visit nearby, and plenty of restaurants where the food is really good. A pleasant place to stay, with very friendly people.
