We only had one evening here on the Camino, which left me wishing we could stay longer. The place has such a romantic, almost heavenly feel. Behind the big gates, the small rural hotel is gorgeous, with a pool, loungers and a lovely garden bar where there’s an honesty book. The owner was kind and very down to earth, and even brought us fresh figs from the tree. Our room had a special bed, rustic furniture and soft lighting. We ate there too: the menu is small but has something for different tastes, and the scallops were lovely. Breakfast was delicious, with fruit from the farm. A real treat, and very much worth five stars plus.

We had a great time meeting other Camino travelers over dinner and breakfast. The castle has been beautifully restored, and they greeted us with a welcome drink. Lucia and Victor made the service feel fun and warm. Highly recommend!

Elana’s eggs were the best we’ve had on our journey so far. We felt very welcome and comfortable, and Lucila handled our arrival wonderfully on her own. Highly recommend!

The pool was absolutely amazing, and it was hard to leave after such a lovely stay. We were welcomed warmly with a complimentary beer. The room was clean and comfortable, with a lovely shower area and fresh towels. Thank you for a wonderful visit x

Victor was a great host. We enjoyed the lovely accommodation, and there are interesting places to explore and good restaurants nearby. Everything about our stay was excellent.
