House Lisbon Apartment Alfama

The area and the view were lovely, and everything else was great. Just know the bed is a double rather than a queen, and the shower is tiny too. If your partner takes up a lot of bed space or needs more room in the shower, this may not suit you.

The rooftop and ocean views are wonderful, and the apartment stays quiet in the evenings, which is a real plus in the city. It’s a bright, comfortable place in Alfama, on the second floor, with a queen bed and four pillows. There’s also a fully equipped kitchen, TV, and dining table. The old district is hilly, with cobblestone streets and stairs, and transport won’t bring you right to the door. That could be difficult if walking is a challenge. I’d still highly recommend it.

Fernando was great to communicate with, and I’d definitely recommend the place. The view over the Tago river is stunning, with the sun rising right in front of you. It’s a very nice apartment in Alfama, and it has a washing machine, microwave, coffee machine, and boiler, though we didn’t need them. The shower was the one issue for me. I’m a bit overweight, and it was so tiny that using it was a struggle.

I had a really bad experience. Don’t book.
