Sara even waited for us when our flight was delayed, which was really kind. We’d booked a month ahead and had spoken with Luis and Sara, and everything went smoothly from check-in through the stay. The room was cleaned daily, and the housekeeping team was helpful with our requests. There’s no minibar in the room, but you can ask to have one added for an extra charge, and it was very good. Thanks to everyone at Residencial Principe Barreiro.

We were three in the family and really liked our room at the residencial principe. It was spacious, with a large bathroom and very comfortable mattresses. Our flight arrived late, and Sara, the receptionist, called to check that we were on our way and stayed until we got there. She handled everything very professionally. The room was cleaned every day, with fresh towels and the beds made. Thanks to Sara and the housekeeping ladies for everything. We loved the stay and I’ll come back.

The place is too expensive for the service quality and the number of stars recognized by the Portuguese state. The management seems irresponsible. They don’t answer emails, and the people in charge were rude. Staff were mixed: some employees didn’t explain the rooms well and showed us the wrong one. Don’t confuse this hotel with another nearby. It’s not suitable for people with physical difficulties. Honestly, the management’s honesty and honorability are strong points. 🤨😟😕☹

The communication with the staff and owner was amazing. Such a lovely place, top, top. I couldn’t recommend it more, it’ll always be one of my favorites.
