Our room was exceptionally cozy, with a great bed, beautiful linens and wonderful pillows. Everything was spotless, and the details throughout were put together with impeccable taste. Breakfast was outstanding too. Manuel was incredible and went out of his way to make us comfortable as soon as we arrived. Words and pictures don’t do this place justice. It’s easily the nicest hotel in Portugal, without question. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you, Manuel, for having us. You’ve raised the bar for hotels across Portugal.

We really enjoyed the breakfast, and the whole house has decor unlike anything else we’ve seen in this part of Alentejo. Our room felt very cozy too. The pool, spa and Turkish bath were all wonderful, and we were able to enjoy them during our stay. The experience was simply amazing.

The peaceful atmosphere was what stayed with me most at Hotel Casamarela in Beja. The rooms are comfortable and made it easy to properly rest, and the whole place feels warm and thoughtfully decorated. I had a lovely stay and would like to come back in good weather to enjoy the outdoor areas more. Definitely worth a visit.

The people working here were so kind and attentive, and the beds and sheets were wonderful. I loved how welcoming and carefully designed the spaces felt. Hard to put the whole experience into words. I’d absolutely recommend it.
