We had a confirmed booking for August 22nd to 25th, made at 8:00 PM through the booking site. After driving nearly 130 km to Bragança with my family, we arrived around 11:00 PM to find two emails saying the accommodation couldn't host us and asking us to cancel. No one called to explain or warned us about the problem beforehand. We were left stranded, five of us including three children and a six-month-old baby, waiting to collect the keys with nowhere to stay. We had to pay for a hotel that night, dinner at a restaurant, and another hotel for the rest of our time in Portugal. The way we were treated was shameful, completely unprofessional, and showed even less empathy for customers. It's disgraceful. I can only give one star because I can't take it away.
