We only stayed one night while passing through, and the price was more than fair. The owner was very friendly, and the house was clean and spacious. It’s about 15 km from Braganza, so the location felt peaceful without being far away. We had a wonderful dinner at a nearby restaurant, and it was reasonably priced. There were plenty of towels, plus heating and air conditioning. The only small thing I noticed was that the shower gel bottles were empty, which I think was just an oversight. Very good stay.

This rural accommodation near Braganza has spacious rooms and was recently renovated. Everything was spotless, and the value for the price is hard to beat.

The beds were noisy and the mattresses quite poor, so getting proper rest was difficult. It would also help if the shared gathering area were farther from the bedrooms. The price seemed fair, though. The house is tidy, clean, spacious and has all the necessary comforts. It’s a peaceful place with a pleasant countryside feel.

The older woman was very kind and helpful, and the guesthouse was clean. The rooms are spacious, with a shower and toilet, and at €35 it’s excellent value. If nobody answers the door, try walking around the house to see if she’s out in the garden. Nothing to complain about.

The highlight was D.Sara, whose kindness made us feel at home. She’s the sort of person who’s hard to find these days, and I’d come back just to see her. Our room was large and very comfortable, with an excellent bathroom. It was cleaned and tidied daily, and had air conditioning and a television. We could cook, and there was a terrace with a stunning view. Parking was good, and Bragança is only 14 km away.
