In Foz do Arelho, this is a place where you feel at home, with comfortable amenities and service. The owners Gillian and Miguel are friendly and respectful, and they’re there to answer questions or help if needed. The place is charming, clean, and equipped with all the comforts of home. We’ll definitely return!

It felt like home, and I can’t wait to come back. The place was super clean, the owners Miguel and Gillian were incredibly welcoming, the water pressure was great, and the location was ideal, just a short walk from the gorgeous beach. If I could give more than five stars, I would!

We started our Portugal trip with a brief stay at Casa do Miguel. It was very clean and quiet, and the customer service was superb. Everything you might need is a short walk away. Later, we visited the sunny Algarve and beautiful Lisbon, but kept thinking about Foz do Arelho and our time here. Gillian and Miguel, thank you so much. God bless you, and we hope to see you again.

Our stay at Casa do Miguel was good, and the place has what you need. The rooms are bright and clean, and there’s a kitchen in the room, though it doesn’t have a cooktop. Shops and cafes are nearby, and the beach is just a five-minute walk away. The one downside was the weak Wi-Fi.

The hosts, Gillian and Miguel, are fantastic, friendly people, and the property is clean, roomy, and well organised. The surrounding area feels like a peaceful oasis, with a beautiful lagoon and the ocean within walking distance. Five out of five all round.
