The owner welcomed us and showed us around, and was very friendly and helpful. We stayed with friends and all enjoyed the large property and its good facilities. The views are great, and my bed was comfortable. Others found theirs a little less comfortable, though nobody thought they were truly uncomfortable. Calheta is a nice village, with plenty of other places to visit nearby.
