A nice place.

The sea view made this quiet resort, away from any main road, feel idyllic. We spent two weeks here, and the rooms, staff, and resort all exceeded what we expected. Having breakfast delivered to our room was new for us, and we really enjoyed it. We highly recommend staying here and will definitely return. Thanks to the whole team for two wonderful weeks!

Breakfast was brought to the room and served on the terrace when the weather was good. If you needed to leave before 8:00 a.m., it could be delivered the night before and kept in the fridge. Really top-notch service. I especially enjoyed my stay thanks to the reception and breakfast staff, who were very friendly and ready to hear any requests or problems. When I reported a small bathroom issue, it was fixed straight away. The apartments were lovely, had what you need for self-catering, and there was plenty of parking. The location had no through traffic and was quiet at night. There was construction at several nearby sites during my stay, though that’s not the hotel’s fault. There’s generally a lot of building work in the area. A few minutes’ walk toward the larger hotels takes you to restaurants, bars, and more touristy shops. Canico center is walkable but quite a strenuous trek, and there’s a shopping center there with a large supermarket. The bus stop is just around the corner, with connections to Funchal for €2.20. Highly recommended!
