The place felt nothing like a hotel or an apartment hotel to me. Beds and a bathroom alone don't make somewhere liveable, and I wouldn't recommend it. The owner should take a serious look at the condition and setup. It seems fairly new, but has none of the city's architectural character. The listing shows attractive views, yet the accommodation is split across different flats on three floors, so you may end up on the ground floor with people outside able to look in. Curtains have to stay fully shut for privacy, which leaves the room dark. Amenities are below basic. Cupboards are large but have no shelves, making them almost useless. Apart from the main bedroom, the other rooms don't have space for bags. Bedrooms and bathrooms lack shelves or places to put things, and the shower and bath have no curtains, so water spills onto the floor easily. The kitchen doesn't have enough utensils either. I was very dissatisfied.

We were five people and had three double bedrooms, plus a great living and dining space. The apartment was very spacious and right in the centre. A representative even stopped by to check that everything was okay, and transport to and from the airport was arranged. I'd recommend it.

The first apartment gave us a problem during our stay, but the owner acted right away and was genuinely kind and helpful. She quickly arranged another solution, so we could carry on with the holiday without worry. I really appreciated how carefully she treated us and how professionally she handled it. It's lovely to come across someone so attentive when travelling. Thanks again!

You can reach about 80% of Lisbon's attractions on foot, and the metro, bars, restaurants and cafes are all nearby. Paid public parking is 50 meters away and open 24/7. The apartments are large, clean and well located near the old town, with a well-equipped kitchen and living room. Entry to both the building and apartment is handled conveniently through an app. There are a couple of drawbacks: the hot water heater is small, so in a family of 4-6 only the first two people get hot water. Power also cuts out intermittently, leaving you to choose between the lights and air conditioning.
