We were less than five minutes on foot from everything, yet far enough away from the noise. The staff were incredibly kind, the bathrooms were great, and our large, stunning room was clean. The bedroom and bathroom windows also gave us good airflow. Breakfast was handy to grab and go, though we usually ate elsewhere. My only possible complaint is the kids. The ones staying there while my husband and I were visiting were some of the loudest I’ve ever heard, so I kind of wish it were adults only. That’s not the hotel’s fault, though. We spent four nights and already plan to come back next April with our family. We feel lucky to have found it and can’t wait to return.

Marco and Sandra were such kind hosts, and the fresh daily breakfasts were delicious. Embaixada da Vila is a comfortable, homey guest house with new, modern decor. Our room was spacious and very clean, just as it looked in the pictures. The place feels safe and beautiful, with a secured private car park behind an automatic gate. Local groceries and restaurants are an easy walk away. We highly recommend it and will definitely come back.

Marco and Sandra were wonderful hosts, always going out of their way to help and sharing lots of tips on places to visit. Breakfast was filling and continental, with a little surprise from a local bakery each morning. The rooms are roomy and the beds very comfortable, and there’s a lovely peaceful garden that feels like an oasis away from the city center. The decor is very modern, and the accommodation is high standard. Big Auchan, the bus station and several beaches are all just around the corner on foot. We had a memorable stay and will be back.

The owners were helpful and accommodating, and they ask each morning whether you’d like housekeeping. I’ve never arrived to such a clean room, and it was just as spotless after each cleaning. They even provide Rituals shower gel and shampoo. The hotel is ideally placed for the beaches, the Lisbon train station and Auchan supermarket. A perfect stay, and I’d recommend it to anyone.

A few minutes’ walk takes you from this lovely guest house to the busy part of Cascais. The room was good and peaceful, breakfast was good too, and the host was very helpful. Free parking was a nice extra. I’d recommend staying here.
