The second visit in 2023 felt just as lovely as the first. We were greeted like old friends, enjoyed wonderful breakfasts, and slept comfortably, so the whole break was really relaxing. We’ll be back soon. On our first trip, even though it was a busy time, the hosts were happy to help with anything. The rooms were lovely and breakfast was delicious. It felt like a home from home. I can’t wait to return, and my daughter is already asking me to book a stay for her too. Thank you both!

The gardens are fantastic, and there’s a huge swimming pool. They can also arrange riding on beautiful, well-schooled Lusitano horses, with options for beginners through advanced riders. It’s close to the horse fair in Golega. I’ve stayed at this wonderful hotel twice and never wanted to leave. Edite and her son make you feel like family, and nothing seems too much trouble. I can’t recommend it enough, and I’m looking forward to coming back as soon as I can.
