The price was good, and the room was very clean. Staff were super friendly at reception and breakfast, and the bread and coffee at breakfast were really tasty. It felt like decent value for the money. The bed was a bit small and old, and the room smelled a little dusty. With the windows closed, we could still hear everything on the street, as if they were open. I slept okay because I was exhausted and used earplugs. They gave us the Wi-Fi password, but it kept coming up as incorrect for both me and my boyfriend.

It’s a family hotel with a clean space, free parking, and a delicious breakfast, all at a cheap price. The people were very kind, especially the lady who welcomed us and was so nice to my sister and family. I really liked staying at Neutel Hotel and would definitely stay again. I recommend it to everyone. Have a nice trip. Jesus loves you.

It may be basic, but at a very low price it has what you need, including a decent breakfast. Lovely Chaves’ old Center is within walking distance.
