Maria was really helpful, and the place was super clean. They did my laundry for 4 euros, and being right by the train station was great. It was over 35 degrees, though, and there was no air conditioning or even a fan in the room. By 2300 it had cooled enough to sleep with the window open.

The receptionist, Maria, was lovely, and everything was very clean. The hostel is right in the middle of the city, with free parking a five-minute walk away on some nearby streets. A good place if you just need a bed, a rest, and a shower while visiting Coimbra. I'd recommend it.

A short walk gets you to the river or the main train station, and the road up to the university is just half a block away. There are cafes and restaurants around the corner, too. The hostel is clean and comfortable, with the basics you need, and Maria is one of the most hospitable hosts I've met. A great budget option. Ask her about a voucher for dinner and Fado nearby, if that sounds good to you.

The beds are comfortable, and there's a pleasant outdoor area. The bathrooms and the accommodation were both really clean. Good value for the money.

The room and bathrooms were really clean, and there was a heater in the room. The staff were very friendly, and the location was perfect. Thank you!
