The Luggage

The room was dirty, with mold, stains, and insects. The reception was meant to be open from 7:30 am to 10:30 pm according to the internet listing, but nobody was there after 8 pm, and there was no staff at the hotel overnight. We checked in around 8, and the reception staff had already left about ten minutes later. We left that evening without staying the night. The hotel didn't reply to our emails or even apologize. I don't like writing reviews like this, but the service was the opposite of good.

We really liked the old villa and how well it's managed. Our room was spacious, the bathrooms were clean, and breakfast on the terrace was nice. If you're coming from the bus station, I'd call an Uber to the hotel. It costs about 3€, and the hotel is up a hill.

We were on the rooftop, and it wasn't exactly comfortable. There weren't any room basics like slippers or a kettle, either. I stayed just one day with my two kids, and the noise went on until 01.00 am. The employees seemed fed up, tired, and unhappy. No idea why 😅. The croissant was the only good part of breakfast. The coffee was the worst I've ever had. Maybe they'd run out. Staff kept trying to refill it, but it took a loooonnggg time and they still couldn't manage 😅

The location was excellent, but that was it. Our bathroom toilet door wouldn't shut, so there was no privacy, and the shower leaked everywhere, far beyond the bathroom floor. The blinds didn't work, and nobody came to clean the room during our four-night stay. The cupboards had no knobs, so you couldn't open them properly. I could go on. Sadly, it was very disappointing.
