I lived here in 2023. The staff were kind, hospitable, and helpful, and the location in Covilha was good, near the university and nature. There was a coffee machine too. The place was comfortable overall, but for the price there were things that needed improvement: temperatures were an issue during seasonal changes and in summer, the kitchen needed to be cleaner, and the building had limited natural light. You also have to pay for your own laundry. It takes too long to send the contract, and once signed you can't break it. I might stay again for a night if I'm in Portugal.

It's right by the university and the cafeteira, which makes life easier for students. Everyone on the Andy team is so welcoming and kind. Whenever you have a question, they're happy to help, and with someone always at reception, getting deliveries is hassle-free. I really love living here and would recommend it to anyone coming to study in Covilhã.

Andy is definitely the best living option in covilha if that's what you're looking for. The facilities have everything you really need, and the staff are outstanding. There's a great balance between having your own private space and socializing or meeting new friends.

Staying at Mi-Campus was a great experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, and living in the residence gave me the chance to meet a bunch of people.
