We were welcomed so warmly by Paula. The rooms were comfortable, breakfast was good and the pool was nice. One day, though, our pool time was spent listening to a lawn mower. There was a brief explanation around four in the afternoon, but the noise had started in the morning. We understand the outdoor areas need maintenance, but since we were only there for three nights, it would have been better to let us know it would go on all day so we could have gone out. Thanks anyway for the other days of rest. Cheers.

We felt right at home thanks to how kind everyone was. It was even better than we expected, and a great place to switch off, with only the sounds of nature around you. There's a shared kitchen, a games room and a very pleasant pool.

The facilities are very good if you want to relax, with a pool, leisure areas and a really welcoming room. It's a shame they only serve breakfast and no other meals at the accommodation. Breakfast was reasonable, though it could have more variety. Paula is exceptional, always easy to reach and ready to help with anything. I can't say the same about Marisa. This was my second year there, and her welcome was still disappointing. She likes to call guests "strangers". The accommodation should have someone supervising after the employees leave, since something serious could happen and it's not easy to get in touch with the owners.

The outdoor grounds and pool are very well kept, and add a lot to the place. It's comfortable, secure, and familiar enough that we felt fine leaving our bedroom doors open while our girls slept in a different room. It's a good choice for the area, very close to Estremoz and Borba, with good access. I wouldn't call it a "Monte Alentejano" in the fullest sense, though it's a typically Alentejo-style hotel. The exterior gates only open with a remote, so in my view they should have a small pedestrian gate too. Breakfast was completely standard.

A nice place to rest near Borba, Vila Viçosa and Estremoz. The amenities are good, especially the pool and games room, and breakfast had a good range and quality.
