The bathroom had mould on the walls and ceiling, and there was neither heating nor hot water at the end of December. One of the beds hadn't been made, and we were asked to make it ourselves. Management offered no alternative room or solution, just told us to wait until the next day, even though we were there for one night. We ended up boiling kettle water to wash. When we requested a refund, they replied that hot water wasn't listed or guaranteed as an amenity on Booking.com when we booked. Pathetic response. The facilities were poor and the service atrocious. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this place.

The apartment was almost perfect. It was spotless, nicely decorated, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The bed was big and really comfortable, though it needs a fitted sheet that actually fits. Great spot, about five minutes from the city center, with lovely little cafes nearby. The only annoying bit was check-in not being until 4pm.

Right in the town center, with shops and all the attractions close by. The apartments are kept in very good condition.

Handy location, but some finishing details were missing. There was a coffee maker but no pods, the sheets didn't fit, and the TV had no signal because the aerial wasn't connected. There is an oven, if pizza's what you want to make.

A cosy, really quiet apartment right in central Faro. Very good.
