The price is fair, the staff are polite and helpful, and the hotel is close to the Sanctuary and all the main conveniences. The supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, cafes and bus station are all within walking distance. The room has the basics: air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi, fresh-smelling towels, and a hair dryer. There's soap and shampoo, the water pressure is good, and breakfast is generous. No fridge, though.

The customer service was outstanding, and the location is great. It's very close to the bus and taxi station. Taxis can take you everywhere for very little, in case you don't feel like walking the 8 minutes. Highly recommend this place.

The staff were really friendly, and the place was clean. Breakfast felt wholesome too. I’d be happy to come back.

The staff were kind and helpful, and Bruno speaks excellent English. You can walk to plenty of shops and restaurants, the bus station, a fuel station, and the Sanctuary of Fatima, with other places of interest nearby.
